April is stress awareness month, for which I have written an article for Marie Claire magazine on chronic stress. This is a dangerous state where stress becomes accepted as a way of life. Relaxation, the antidote to stress is definitely one of the pillars of health that is often overlooked.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I can also help organisations create healthier work places through either consultancy services, direct consultations offered to your employees or as a visitor delivering seminars or webinars to your organisations' staff to keep them healthy and reduce stress levels. Hence, dramatically decrease sick leave days, complaints, risk of litigation and presenteeism. Instead, this should help increase productivity and create a healthy stress free work place, which in turns should increase revenue, employee retention and business longevity and viability.
