This is a dangerous state where stress becomes accepted as a way of life. Relaxation, the antidote to stress is definitely one of the pillars of health that is often overlooked.\u2800\u2800\u2800\u2800\u2800\u2800\u2800\u2800\u2800<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-rogp\">There\u2019s plenty of evidence on how stress and relaxation affect different body systems. Chronic stress for example adversely affects gut health, fertility, immunity and energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-cr2qj\">My top tip would be to schedule relaxation time and then do what you love with it. If you leave it to spontaneity, there\u2019s a chance it\u2019ll get lost in your to do list. \u2800\u2800\u2800\u2800\u2800\u2800\u2800\u2800\u2800<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-dkaf2\">Things you can do to relax include music, hot bath, meditation, mindfulness, therapy, journaling etc<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-jhbo\">You can read the detailed article on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-marie-claire wp-block-embed-marie-claire\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/www.marieclaire.co.uk\/life\/health-fitness\/chronic-stress-signs-symptoms-732258\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-cijji\">I will also dedicate this months&#8217; posts on my instagram page <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/dr.houdaounnas\/\">@dr.houdaounnas<\/a> to stress relief. Hence, dramatically decrease sick leave days, complaints, risk of litigation and presenteeism.
